FMA Scholarship
|
| Fewer young people are going into the trades or aspiring to be engineers. There is no doubt the shortage of welders and machine operators has had an impact on manufacturing. Where will the next generation of skilled workers come from?
Now, in addition to their $5,000 traditional scholarships, the FMA Foundation is pleased to introduce 10 new $500 scholarships for training in welding, metal fabricating, or engineering at a trade school or college! They have enlisted the help of 16-year-old stock car racer and welding enthusiast Brennan Palmiter to introduce these scholarships on YouTube.
