Are your welders certified?

  • Yes. AMS-STD-1595, AMS-STD-2219 and AWS D17.1. We are also willing to certify for your application.


Do you pre-heat or post-heat tool steels?

  • Yes, we pre-heat and post-heat the material depending on the heat treatment.


What type of rod inventory do you keep?

  • We keep a full inventory of all the major welding alloys to match your material.


What are your office hours?

  • Monday through Thursday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; Saturday by appointment.


What does "just-in-time delivery" mean?

  • We are willing to start with your print and manufacture parts with deliveries weekly, monthly or quarterly, per your request.


What is a "quick turn-around"?

  • On tool & die and mold repair, we attempt to give same day or 24 hour turn-around.


Do you have modern equipment?

  • We make sure we use the most modern equipment and techniques available in our shop.


Do you microweld?

  • Yes, we microweld using the most modern equipment and techniques. Currently, we weld 2/3 of the plastic injection molds that come in with the microwelding process.


Are you ISO registered?

  • Yes. We are ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100:2004 registered


Do you weld aluminum or magnesium?

  • Yes, using the most modern equipment and techniques and filler alloys.


Do you weld plastic injection molds, die casting dies, stamping dies?

  • Yes, using the most modern equipment, techniques and filler alloys in our shop.


Do you weld high temperature alloys?

  • Yes, we use an Atmospheric Welding Chamber and filler alloys to match your material.
